Our service begins at 9:30 AM and usually last around 70 Minutes. Come as you are comfortable, whether that means dressing casually, Jeans/shorts and T-Shirt or dressing up. River Pointe is located at 203 Main St in Munfordville, across from the Old Hart County Court House. As you walk in, you will be greeted by a member who would be glad to serve you or answer any questions.
Our Sunday children’s ministry includes care and classes for children ranging from newborns through 5th grade. Our Nursery (up to 4 yrs) is located on the second floor. To find our Nursery, head to up the balcony steps and it is located in the front corner of the building.
River Pointe Kids (5 - 10 yrs.) is located in the Fellowship Hall on the back side of the Sanctuary. This begins following Worship Music portion of the service. Listen for the announcement!
Children's church for All of our volunteers are church members who are MinistrySafe qualified and trained.
Singing together is one of our favorite parts of Sunday morning. There is nothing like hearing our church family lifting our voices to sing about the gospel of Jesus Christ to give honor and Glory to our King! Our music is a variety of Hymns, Bluegrass, Old Time Gospel and Contemporary Christian music, all of which reflects a deep passion for God. During our time of singing, we may also read scripture, share the Lord’s Supper, or spend time in Prayer.
God’s word is central to our worship service. Typically, Dillon will preach through one book of the Bible at a time through a carefully planned Sermon Series with occasional breaks for topical series and Guest Teachings . Our sermons, which generally last between 40-45 minutes, are centered on Christ and directly applicable to our lives and the culture we live in from a Christian Worldview.
